How do I choose the right fit?

Measure the widest part of each natural nail and compare it with the sizing guidance on the product page. If you are between sizes, choose the slightly larger nail and file the side edges gently for a more comfortable fit.

What is included with my set?

Your order includes the press-on nail set and the dry application essentials listed on that product page. Exact contents can vary by style, so please check the product description before ordering. We do not include alcohol or other liquids.

How should I apply and remove the nails?

Start with clean, completely dry nails and follow the application guide. For removal, work slowly and never force a nail off. Stop use if you experience discomfort or irritation.

Can I use the included jelly tabs?

Yes. Match each dry adhesive tab to your natural nail, press it down firmly, then apply the press-on nail. Keep hands dry during application and avoid prolonged water exposure immediately afterwards.

Can the nails be reused?

Reuse depends on the condition of the set after wear. Remove gently, clean away dry adhesive residue, and store only nails that remain clean and undamaged.

How long will delivery to Australia take?

Estimated delivery is approximately 10–15 business days from the date your order is placed. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date; remote locations and carrier delays can take longer.
